Privacy Policy and GDPR

1. Introduction
Ana HR SRL (“Ana HR”, “we”, “us”, “the company”) respects the right to privacy of data subjects and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR) and Law no. 190/2018 implementing the GDPR in Romania. This policy explains in detail how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data.
2. Definitions

  • Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

  • Processing: any operation on personal data (collection, storage, consultation, use, etc.).

  • Operator: Ana HR SRL, responsible for decisions regarding data processing.

  • Target audience: candidates, clients, partners and website visitors.

3. Data collected

  1. Identification data: name, surname, CNP (if necessary in the context of recruitment), e-mail address, telephone number;

  2. Professional data: CV, studies, experience, skills, certifications;

  3. Contact details: physical address, alternative addresses (if requested);

  4. Browsing data: IP, browser type, pages visited, session duration, cookies, analytics data;

  5. Sensitive data (optional, with explicit consent): health data, union membership, disabilities;

  6. Other data: messages and responses you voluntarily provide to us via forms, email or chat.

6. Data transfers and third party recipients
The data can be communicated to:

  • IT service providers (hosting, cloud, CRM, recruitment platforms): all with processing agreement and EU standard contractual clauses;

  • Recruitment and training partners: in compliance with GDPR;

  • State authorities and institutions: ANAF, ANSPDCP, courts, only if required by law;

  • Affiliated companies and subcontractors: only for strictly contract-related purposes.

International transfers
We do not transfer data outside the EEA. If we do so in the future, we will ensure appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, etc.).

7. Rights of data subjects
You can exercise the following rights at any time:

  1. Access to your data (art. 15 GDPR);

  2. Rectification of incorrect data (art. 16 GDPR);

  3. Deletion ("right to be forgotten") (art. 17 GDPR);

  4. Restriction of processing (art. 18 GDPR);

  5. Data portability (art. 20 GDPR);

  6. Opposition to processing (art. 21 GDPR);

  7. Withdrawal of consent without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing (art. 7(3) GDPR);

  8. Not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling (art. 22 GDPR).

We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. In complex cases, we may extend this deadline by another 2 months, with your prior notice.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data:

  • SSL/TLS encryption;

  • access control and authentication;

  • periodic back-up and continuity plan;

  • internal audit and risk assessments;

  • GDPR training for employees.

10. Cookies and similar technologies
We use the following categories:

  1. Necessary cookies: basic website functionality;

  2. Performance cookies: Google Analytics, for traffic analysis (anonymized data);

  3. Marketing cookies: personalized advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel).

Upon first access, you will receive a banner where you can accept or decline the categories of cookies (except those that are necessary). Preferences can be changed at any time in your browser settings or via the "Cookie Settings" button in the footer.

We update this policy periodically. The date of the last revision can be found in its header. We recommend that you consult it each time you access the site.
