We are building a ServiceNow support team (SPM and CSM, self-hosted platform, L3 support) for a long-term client engagement. This is a multi-year B2B contract in an English-speaking, international working environment.
What you will do
Own the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform (SPM and CSM) in a self-hosted deployment
Guide design decisions, review implementations and set technical standards for the team
Support L3 escalations on complex platform and integration issues
Requirements
8+ years of professional experience, with substantial ServiceNow architecture responsibility
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Fluent working English
Availability to work B2B (own company or equivalent contractor setup), EU-based
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with self-hosted or on-premise ServiceNow deployments
Experience delivering in security-conscious, regulated environments
