ServiceNow Platform Engineer (Self-Hosted)

We are building a ServiceNow support team (SPM and CSM, self-hosted platform, L3 support) for a long-term client engagement. This is a multi-year B2B contract in an English-speaking, international working environment.

What you will do

• Administer, patch and upgrade a self-hosted (on-premise) ServiceNow platform

• Manage the underlying stack: Linux, database layer (MariaDB or similar), instance cloning and performance

• Provide L3 support for platform-level incidents

Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow platform administration or platform engineering

• Hands-on experience with self-hosted / on-premise ServiceNow, or strong Linux plus database administration (MariaDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL) alongside ServiceNow

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Fluent working English

• Availability to work B2B (own company or equivalent contractor setup), EU-based

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades in restricted or air-gapped setups

• Experience delivering in security-conscious, regulated environments
