ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant

We are building a ServiceNow support team (SPM and CSM, self-hosted platform, L3 support) for a long-term client engagement. This is a multi-year B2B contract in an English-speaking, international working environment.

What you will do

• Configure and evolve Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM): demand, project and portfolio processes

• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow configuration and work with developers on extensions

• Provide L3 functional support on the SPM module

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow functional consulting, with real SPM (or ITBM/PPM) delivery experience

• ServiceNow CIS-SPM certification (CIS-PPM alone is considered, but CIS-SPM is the target)

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Fluent working English

• Availability to work B2B (own company or equivalent contractor setup), EU-based

Nice to have

• Experience on self-hosted ServiceNow platforms

• Experience delivering in security-conscious, regulated environments
